A two-workflow automation system that completely eliminates manual billing for retail stores. Workflow 1 captures customer details, creates a payment link, and sends it to the customer on WhatsApp. Workflow 2 detects when payment is received and automatically sends a branded PDF invoice to the customer's phone — with the store's logo and name — all without the shop owner lifting a finger.
